Maybe you feel comfortable planning your trip or you’d like to do something a little less technical like relax at an all-inclusive or take a cruise, but you’d like access to the exclusive perks you can only get through a travel advisor. Maybe you know where you’d like to go, but you’d like someone to take care of curating lodging options. Maybe you’d love help with all of it—destination research, lodging, an itinerary, and even transfers and travel insurance. I’ve created a menu of services that caters to every type of traveler. Not seeing something you wish I offered? Get in touch, and I’ll do my best to make sure you get the help you need.

    • Discovery: Not sure where to go? We’ll discuss your preferences and finalize the perfect destination together.

    • Travel Insurance Consulting: I have access to well-vetted travel insurance partners. We can explore those options together, and I can secure travel insurance for you. 

    • Flights Consulting: I'm available to consult with you on which flights to book. Please note: I will almost always ask you to be the one to book your flights. Hoping to use credit card points on your trip? This is a great time to do that!

    • Basic Trip Planning: I'll create a mapped-out, day-to-day outline to follow for your trip, but you'll handle planning daily activities, dining, tours, etc.

    • Detailed Trip Planning: I'll create a comprehensive itinerary and provide guidance on pretty much all of it, including a mapped-out day-to-day itinerary, dining recommendations, tours and activities, and logistics surrounding on-the-ground transfers for a fully curated travel experience.

    • Booking Only: Maybe you know exactly where you'd like to stay, but want someone to take care of the details. I can take care of booking for you. (Booking only is always complimentary...)

    • Hotel/Lodging Look-book: I'll prepare 3-4 tailored accommodation options for each destination you're visiting and take care of all booking details. 

    • Perks: When possible, I'll secure exclusive perks and amenities for you, like complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, and hotel credits, through our preferred hotel partners.

    • Cruises: I'll work with your preferences to curate 2-3 cruise options and take care of all booking details. Hoping to add on travel pre- or post-cruise? Let's do it! That would fall under planning.

    • Experiences: Want to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro? Bike across Spain? Island hop around the Caribbean on a sailboat? I can work directly with top tour operators to make it happen.

    • Concierge Services: I'll provide full-service bookings and reservations for things like spa visits, dining, activities, and transportation, with all details managed for you.

    • Special Occasions/Unique Requests: I'll assist with the coordination of unique experiences, such as surprises, proposals, or special events during your trip.

    • Get-to-Know-You Call: When you submit an inquiry, we'll hop on a 30-minute introductory call to get to know each other and touch on your travel preferences, interests, and goals for your trip.

    • Pre-Departure Call: I offer a final review of your plans to ensure everything is in order before you travel.

    • 24/7 Travel Support: For added peace of mind, I can provide on-call assistance throughout your trip whenever you need it.

    • Resources Pack: Traveling somewhere new? Opt to have a curated collection of essential travel resources, including cultural insights, local customs, and more.

Discovery

  • Start by filling out my Service Selection Checklist to let me know which services you’re interested in.

  • I’ll reach out to confirm I’ve received your inquiry and provide you with a custom travel planning quote. I’ll also ask you to complete your Traveler Profile and schedule a get-to-know-you call.

  • We’ll chat about your travel preferences, goals, and vision for your trip during our call.

Planning

  • After our call, you’ll pay a $25 travel planning deposit, and I’ll start crafting your dream getaway. Within 10 business days, you’ll receive an initial proposal. We can discuss the details over a call or you can provide feedback via email—your choice!

  • We’ll work together to fine-tune your itinerary until it’s just right.

  • Once all details are finalized, I’ll collect your billing information and proceed with booking your trip.

Shipping Off

  • You’ll receive a detailed travel packet customized to the services you’ve selected. Whether it’s a full itinerary, basic trip planning details, or confirmation of booked arrangements, you’ll have everything you need for a smooth trip.

  • A few days before your trip, I’ll reach out to ensure everything is set. If you’ve opted for a pre-departure call, we’ll go over any last-minute details.

  • It’s time for the fun to begin! Enjoy your trip, knowing everything has been planned to perfection.
